Article 6 Observance of Rules for Reservation Service Usage

  • Please note that we may not be able to accept future reservations for customers who do not come to the store without contacting us.

Article 7 Notes on using this system
The services provided by this system are not intended to be superior to services provided outside our website (telephone reservations, other reservation counters, etc.). Therefore, you may not be able to make a reservation due to reasons such as full seats.

Article 8 Self-responsibility of users
When a customer uses this system, the customer is responsible for any actions taken by himself/herself and any actions made using his/her own email account and the results thereof, regardless of whether or not the customer himself/herself acted or was negligent. shall be liable for In addition, when using this system, if the customer causes damage to a third party, the customer shall settle the dispute with the third party at his/her own responsibility and expense, except in the case of negligence on the part of the Company. .
If a user causes damage to the Company or the System due to any of the following actions, the Company shall be entitled to claim compensation for all damages suffered by the user.

  • In case of violation of these usage rules, various terms and conditions and usage rules separately set by our company.

  • Sending or writing harmful computer programs.

  • When sending or writing information of a third party.

  • If you use it without our permission for purposes other than your personal use.

  • In the case of other acts that violate the laws and regulations valid in Japan.

Article 9 Penalties

The operation or contents of this system may be changed without prior notice to the customer if the Company deems it necessary. Please be sure to check these Terms each time you use the Service. In addition, after changing the content of this agreement, only the content after the change will be valid, and the content before the change will be invalid.

Article 13 Temporary Suspension of Use
In any of the following cases, the Company may temporarily suspend the use of the System without prior notice or consent to the customer.

  • When performing maintenance or construction of this system.

  • When natural disasters, incidents, or other emergencies occur or are likely to occur, making operation difficult.

  • When the Company deems it necessary to temporarily suspend the use of the System for reasons such as the operation of the Company's website and the System.

Article 14 Laws and regulations for handling this system
The handling of this system complies with the laws valid in Japan.

Article 15 Validity of Regulations
This agreement will be effective from October 1, 2022 Japan Standard Time.
