Sushi Nakao is a one-minute walk from the south exit of Ikenoue Station on the Keio Inokashira Line. It is a sushi restaurant with seven counter seats and requires reservations. The owner, who has trained at various sushi restaurants for 30 years, respects the traditions of Edomae sushi while adding a touch of modern finesse, and offers a la carte dishes that combine seasonal vegetables and seafood.

 

The ingredients used in our restaurant are as natural as possible, additive-free, specially cultivated, organic, and made with natural spring water. The owner himself visits Tsukiji and Toyosu to purchase seasonal ingredients with the discerning eye he has cultivated over many years (ingredients change depending on the market and availability). He takes the time every day to carefully vinegar-marinate and age the seafood.
